Pastor Charles Specht
Charles Specht is the Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church. He initially came to FBC on December 11, 2011 on an interim basis and was subsquently unanimously voted in as the permanent pastor effective June 1, 2012. Charles serves the English-speaking congregation at FBC, preaching during the main Sunday morning and evening worship services, along with teaching the adult Bible study both Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.
Prior to joining the pastoral staff at FBC, Charles served as an Associate Pastor at Madera Baptist Church in Madera, California. He attended The Master’s Seminary in the late 1990′s, and is currently enrolled at Southern California Seminary. He authors a theological blog called CrazyAboutChurch.com and a blog for Christian writers called GodlyWriters.com. His first book (REVEALED: God’s Will For Your Life) was release during the Spring of 2013.
Charles is married to his wife, Kathy. They have three biological children (Camden, Brady, and Amelia) and two adopted children from China (Charlotte and Luke).
